Delivery on in-stock items may be available as early as Same Day. Same Day availability is limited to certain areas and is only an option when purchased prior to 2pm local time and when space is available on the local store's delivery truck. Items requiring licensed installation are not available for Same Day service.

BLACK FRIDAY EVERYDAY, HAVE the right to refuse delivery due to the threat of harm, unsafe conditions to customers, associates, or other agents of BLACK FRIDAY  or their property. Delivery prices and scheduling may vary depending on where your item(s) are located around the country. Once your order has been placed, BLACK FRIDAY will calculate the distance between your delivery address and the origin of the item being delivered.

  • Local Delivery:
    Your item(s) qualify for local delivery if they are located within 65 miles of your delivery address.
    If your order is placed in-store, your delivery will be scheduled at your time of purchase. On the date of your delivery you will also be notified when your order is out for delivery.
    If your order is placed online, once your order is placed, our associates will locate your item(s) in our inventory and prepare them for delivery. An BLACK FRIDAY customer service representative will call to schedule delivery. You will also be notified when your order is out for delivery. Not all store locations offer Local Delivery online. If Local Delivery is not available during checkout, complete your order and call your local store to get an estimate and schedule Local Delivery as these locations utilize third-party (sub-contracted) delivery services.
    Local Delivery has two different service levels:
  • National Delivery:
    If your item(s) originate at a location that is more than 75 miles from your delivery address, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to arrive at YOUR HOUSE

 

Local Delivery - Standard Service

For all refrigerators and freezers, we will place all racks, crispers, ice trays, door handles and other features in factory recommended positions. We will reverse doors if requested and remove and re-attach handles and doors to complete the delivery. For refrigerators and freezers with a water line, we can re-connect to an existing line, provided the water line meets the manufacturer and local building requirements. Installation for refrigerators and freezers will include electric and water hook-up. Refrigerators and freezers with water line will require an existing water line with shut off valve to install.

Gas hookup is not available through local delivery service but can be purchased as licensed installation. Contact your local store for additional information.

Local Delivery - Standard Service

We will test the 220-volt range outlet using the 3 wire or 4 wire electrical outlet tester. If the test passes, we will connect the range to the existing outlet. If the test indicates a defect, we cannot connect the range. We also cannot connect or unplug any direct wire hook-ups. We will remove protective plastic and install any manufacturer-provided anti-tip or other stability device.

Return Policy

Items purchased at BLACK FRIDAY - Appliance Stores are not eligible for return, refund, OR exchange after pick-up, delivery, or installation has been completed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except as provided in this policy or otherwise required by applicable law. See full details of this policy, including the limited exceptions as detailed below. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES EXCEPTIONS
Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery or pick-up cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for any price difference from the original amount paid on eligible exchanges. Items being delivered over 65 miles will be charged a restocking fee if cancelled after the item has shipped and is in-transit, or if refused at the time of delivery. The amount of any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed to Customer prior to completing the purchase and described on the purchase receipt.

 All other merchandise cannot be returned after pick-up or delivery. Exchanges are eligible in certain situations only as noted required by law or noted below:

  1. Items that are damaged or non-functional when delivered are eligible for repair or exchange when reported to the store at the time of delivery or pickup.
  2. Items that do not fit during delivery, installation, or after pick-up from the store can be exchanged for a similar item if reported to the store within 48 hours; additional delivery or installation fees will be charged as a condition of the exchange.
  3. Home appliances & other mechanical items,including refrigerators, freezers, ice-makers, washers, dryers, other laundry items, ranges, ovens, microwave ovens, countertop microwaves, cooktops, range hoods, dishwashers, and other mechanical items are eligible for exchange only if deemed "unrepairable" by an authorized repair technician within the original warranty period. Home appliances are not eligible for return after pick-up or delivery.

 

  1. SERVICE FEES
    Delivery, installation, haul-away, assembly, and related service fees are non-refundable once completed. Delivery fees for merchandise ordered from BLACK FRIDAY will not be refunded (a) if the order is cancelled more than 24 hours after placement, or (b) once the item is in transit, whichever occurs first.
